What is Conscious Breathing?
Conscious breathing is the act of breathing with intention, slowing the mind and focusing inward on your breath, especially on the muscles used to breath. It is a healthy, optimal way to breathe. Many of us don’t breathe consciously. Becoming more aware of our breath helps us control the muscles we use to breathe, and in turn, lets us handle tension more naturally, increase our overall awareness. It can also calm the nervous system.
This breathing exercise course will enable you to learn simple breathing exercises. The benefits to your life can be felt immediately. Simple breathing exercises can benefit almost everyone on both physical and metaphysical levels, in part by increasing the time we breathe optimally.
